Yoga Seminars


Our Yoga courses are organized as five-month programmes, taking place once a week for 90 min.

Beginners Course


The Beginners Course takes place for 10 months, organised once a week for 90 min.

This course is intended for those getting to know yoga for the first time and those wishing to continue their yoga practice after not having practiced for longer periods of time. The programme isn’t physically demanding; it is suitable for everyone, regardless of their physical strength or age. Aware of the different needs of our course participants, we try to focus on each individual and take care of their own specific needs.

The Beginners Course is systematic. During the first year of practice, one learns the basic principles of body control and breathing. The emphasis lies on the physical level (postures and movement), correct breathing, concentration improvement, deep relaxation and the calming of the mind. Some time at the beginning of the class is occasionally dedicated to the understanding of applying the psychology and philosophy of yoga to one’s daily life.

For those with greater body limitations or those unable to attend the course regularly, we recommend visiting the Beginners Course for a longer period of time (15 months). In some cases, the visiting of the course can also be shortened to 5 months, provided that the person has already visited a yoga course and obtained the necessary approval from the yoga teacher to join the advanced level.

Advanced Course 1


This course is intended for those who have already attended our Beginners Course. The aim is to deepen the control over the body and breathing, learn more advanced breathing techniques (pranayama) and unique energization exercises (mudras, bhandhas), along with mantra yoga and meditation. The programme changes every year and can therefore be visited for many years.

Advanced Course 2


This programme is intended for those who have attended our Advanced Course 1 for at least a year. The main difference between Advanced Course 1 and Advanced Course 2 lies in the physical aspect. The asanas in the latter course are physically more challenging and require health, muscle strength and flexibility (also in spiritual terms). The programme includes the teaching and practice of advanced yoga techniques as well as the basics of yoga sutras, hatha yoga pradipika and yoga psychology.
