Thai Massage CourseBeginners Course of Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad bo rarn) Traditional Thai massage is one of the oldest natural healing techniques. Along with Buddhism, it came to Thailand from India 2500 years ago. The massage is based on the principle of maintaining the energy flow through the energy channels called the sen lines. It focuses on the muscle and skeleton systems.
In a four-day course with 30 hours of lessons, you will learn the basics of Thai massage, which consists of hatha yoga, tai chi, acupressure and reflexology.
The Programme- history and physiology of traditional Thai massage
- demonstration of the basic back techniques of Thai massage
- systematic demonstration of the massage treatment procedure
- mutual practical treatments with different persons
The programme is led by Blaž Bertoncelj, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), graduate of the ITM Thai Massage School and teacher of traditional Thai massage. Blaž has many years of practical experience in teaching and massage treatments in Slovenia and Thailand.
After successfully passing the course, you will be able to perform a 90 min Thai front body massage. Each participant receives a degree.

Advanced Course of Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad bo rarn)The course is suitable for those who have completed the Beginners Course.
The Programme- massage treatment in the seated position, lying on the abdomen and on the side
- indications and contraindications while performing specific massage elements
- basics of advanced hatha yoga asana techniques, which are to be applied during the treatment
The programme comprises 30 hours (two consecutive weekends). After successfully passing the course, each participant receives a degree.
